In the Togolese Republic, everyone has their own story of theft, looting and embezzlement. Everyone, especially those who, with impunity, go back and forth between a break from post-hijacking and a bantering return to business, to the chagrin of the citizens to the detriment of whom the hijackings are committed. He spent a few months of wintering before knowing Spring: propelled to the UEMOA, he directed, agricultural engineer of his state, the department of agriculture and food security.
The WAEMU commission happens to be visibly the pantheon of outcasts of the Togolese republic, steeped in embezzlement. Many take refuge there to erase the economic crimes committed in Togo. Admitted to ECOWAS retirement, Ayassor returns to the scene of the crime. He organized one of the most controversial elections in the Togolese republic: the 2019 local ones. He is still in charge of the 2020 presidential election, that of all the issues.
