Promoting excellence in the school environment is the credo of the association “Entre Nous”. And to do so, it launched this Wednesday, December 04, 2019 in Lomé, the 1st edition of the competition “The Prize for Excellence”. This is a dictation competition to gauge the level of students in terms of grammar and spelling.
We left for the first edition of the excellence award competition. Supported by the association “Entre Nous” in partnership with “Moi Jeu Tri”, this competition, entirely aimed at students, is an opportunity for students to make their knowledge speak through dictation.
According to the organizers, the objective of this competition is the promotion of excellence: “We are in a world today where we need crack, excellent people. And for that, we want to encourage this state of mind in young student children. This competition aims precisely to awaken them and awaken the genius that is in them, ’said Yannick Sassou GAGNON, chief manager of the association Entre Nous.
There are a total of twenty students from four establishments in the eastern suburbs of Lomé, namely: EPL Discipline, CS El Shaddai, the Réussite Plus school complex and Concorde take part in this competition.
The competition which ends on December 07 will have several stages, ’during this 1st stage, the teachers will have to eliminate five candidates and we will continue with the other 15 for the last test, underlines Yannick Sassou GAGNON.
And precisely at the end of the first round of the competition, it is EGLOH Adjovi Estelle of the El Shaddai School Complex which occupies 1st place.
Recall that the grand final is scheduled for Saturday, December 07, next to the EPL Discipline at Kpota Colas.
